Also please select the correct option according to the number of jars you will be ordering as the postage charges are different. The jars will be delivered in padded boxes and should reach to your destination within 4-5 days. If you are ordering chilled food, or chilled food + spice paste jars, then select Parcel Force. The food is posted via next day delivery in insulated bags + boxes to keep it chilled. I will update you with the tracking number to check the status of your delivery. The chilled dishes are cooked by me and sent chilled so it arrives to you ready to heat. Please select the Parcel Force delivery method if you are purchasing chilled food as we will send it via next day delivery in insulated bags and boxes.

The Rendang and Sambal will be sent in padded packaging via Royal Mail, it should reach your destination within 4-5 days after posting.

All of the chilled food is labelled with best before dates and can be kept in the fridge until then (usually between 3-5 days). If you wish to keep it longer, then place into freezer upon delivery and keep for up to 3 months from the best before date. Please defrost throughly before following the heating instructions.

The Rendang and Sambal jars last up to 6 months if unopened and stored in cool, dark place (I recommend the back of the fridge) and is labelled with best before date. Once opened, store in the fridge and use within 3-4 days.
